Collect Data With Affordable, Compact Equipment

Forget about bulky, expensive, unreliable scanners that require expensive annual maintenance agreements. InspiroScan will work with any TWAIN compliant PC scanner. We recommend the Fujitsu fi series scanners which are extremely fast and compact.

InspiroScan is designed to be easy to use, even for the non-technical user. Training is fast, new users can become pro's at the system within an hour of training. InspiroScan's easy to use interface handles all the scanning tasks for you - no separate scanning software is required. Scan all your forms at once, then use the simple interface to correct any mistakes. When you're done simply click a button to have all your reports generated in Excel.

Works With Scantron Integrated Applications

Flexible Database Options

If you want to aggregate data, InspiroScan offers three options:

1. InspiroScan creates a CSV (text) file for each batch. These files can be opened in Excel or imported into your database or statistics software.
2. InspiroScan can aggregate data in its local database.
3. The optional InspiroScan SQL module allows you to store your data in InspiroScan's MS SQL Server database.

For exams, InspiroScan produces the following reports:
