Question Types

InspiroScan surveys support the following types of questions:

  1. Likert Scale (rate an item on a scale of 1 to 5 where 1 is Strongly Disagree and 5 is Strongly Agree, for example)
  2. Multiple Choice Single Response (select one option from a list of options)
  3. Multiple Choice Multiple Response (select all options that apply from a list of options)
  4. Narrative (handwritten responses)
